I never said he wasn't a racist. I don't know if he's a racist. I wouldn't be surprised if he was given his political bent but I don't know whether he is or isn't. He keeps himself a mystery cause he's paranoid about people like me taking anything he says and using it against him, but really I think he uses that as an excuse for being insular.

I have absolutely nothing against his musical taste and think if we were on better terms I'd love to plumb his musical depths, but that would require me talking to him and that seems tedious in the extreme.

If I have anything against his musical taste it's that he considers anyone he doesn't like whose taste encroaches on his own as an attack on him and tries to defame their taste as if sharing taste with anyone he finds distasteful to reflect on him.

My new lesson needs to be metalcore, grindcore and mathcore. They all set out to do the same exact thing but there's a clear difference. I know grindcore is more bass focused and is definitely more noise oriented. Mathcore is basically grindcore with those higher pitched screeching guitars. Metalcore seems to be hardcore punk over metal riffs.

Lucem, you're right, it's silly to talk about what I would or wouldn't do IRL. Glad you brought it up. Maybe you should write an instrumental about it. I recommend a piano paired with a clarinet. With ambient sounds of you hanging from your shower curtain you ****ing failure.

Art Is Dead. Buy My ****.

I actually remember that quite clearly. I ramble when I get drunk and I'm paranoid as **** about that cause I know I can be boring and longwinded but I also remember you seeming to be interested and asking questions which is why I persisted. And I swear to god it's not comparable. You weren't there and you didn't feel my pain.

5 reasons I love Nea

1. he stands up for the myopic
2. he's low-key hilarious
3. he puts Batlord in his place
4. ace tastes in post punk
5. I suspect some rough stuff has happened to him but he doesn't burden MB with it
