yes. i love the way spun was directed a million times more than rfad. not only that, but while rfad is full of blatant stereotypes (crackwhores, getting high of your own supply, etc), spun is pretty much on point. also, it's a generally up tempo movie and absolutely hilarious at times

Spun is so over directed it beggars belief. It is all style and no substance. Requiem For A Dream marries the disparate elements of drugs and music succinctly. I also had a few drinks with Clint Mansell years ago so I am biased!

i dunno, i've just kinda always hated rfad. i respect the way it was directed, i just hate the story and the characters. on the other hands, i love all that same **** about spun. but whatever, to each his own i guess
