Oh, how I agree.
Pretty epic too, considering when it was made.

Very impressed with this Freidkin (Exorcist) directed film. I would not recommend this if you are stoned as the films two main characters become increasingly paranoid and the film that begins as a melodrama descends into an oppressive dark comedy/horror film.

I went in with low expectations, so it was great to be surprised for once. I think Cardboard would love this one.

yeah, i saw that when it was in theatres, i was quite stoned and expecting a somewhat typical horror movie. what i got was so much better... apparently it's based off a play which i'd like to see performed.

I think the play would work even better as the film is primarily performance based. Cannot wait to see this again.

I just saw Yi Yi, one of my favorite drama movies of all time. People who haven't seen this masterpiece need to see it now!

You probably missed alot of the story plot. I hate seeing a movie that's 2nd or 3rd in an installment without seeing the previous ones, its pretty fruitless in my opinion.

Anyway, I just watched Kite Runner. The book is better, to be honest.
