Hard to pinpoint why exactly the character made no impression on me. It was certainly not because I felt he was rehashing something. Wouldn't matter to me anyway. Waltz is a great actor and it wasn't even that his acting here was bad. He just wasn't given any memorable scenes or lines to work with.

Sure, I'm late but that's me. Finally got to see Star Trek: Into Darkness. I cannot ****ing believe how lazy Abrams was! Basically just
Spoiler for in case you haven't seen it either:
recycled the best ever Trek movie, including the ending.
Could they not come up with something more original? I feel totally cheated. Shame on you all.

I try to steer away from Abrams' movies. Way too over-hyped about. Give a good indie film or something, I hate over-production.

I'll check that dictionary, but in the meantime I'm impressed - as is everyone else in the world - by your eloquence, obvious accomplishments and success, and the evidence of your blazingly high intelligence.

Wasn't it always a remake of Wrath of Khan? I knew that going into the movie and liked it a lot.

My boss, who's a huge QT fan, saw it last night and didn't like it.

I'm just going to pretend I didn't see that and maintain my excitement.

I have recently seen The Force Awakens. Ya know people are all like, "IT WAS FANTASTIC". Nope, it wasn't amazing, it was pretty good though. The character development wasn't rushed, I'd go to jakku. Seems like a chill place to coordinate some stuff, sum stuph

I didn't know. (So much for my spoiler, huh?) I'm not that interested in the reimagined Trek movies. Watched the first when it came to the telly, thought it was okay. But this was a slap in the face. ****ing rewrote the best parts of the movie and then called it a new one? Bollocks. When "John Harrison" said "My name is Khan", my heart sunk and I was within that of turning it off. Wish I had now. Waste of two hours or whatever. I could have used that time to trash a Beefheart album or write annoyed letters to magazines that don't exist.
