Enemy Below. Good movie. But there's too little character development, too much sailing terminology.

Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid. Better than Unforgiven.

Over the last week I saw Shaun the Sheep (the movie) and Fulci's Zombie 2.

Shaun the Sheep was awesome. I watched it with my kids but there's plenty there for adults including some classic film references. Unlike the TV show it's mostly set in the city.

Zombi 2 was heaps of fun - a badly made movie in many ways but somehow you can laugh at the bad bits (poor dialog and some average acting) while appreciating what was done well (pretty much just the gore effects and use of soundtrack). The pacing is pretty good and something about the whole package make this B grade piece of exploitation a joy to watch. I'm really starting to like classic Italian horror more and more.

Argento is where it's at for Italian horror.

Of his films I've only seen Suspiria, which I loved. When I finish my studies in September I'm going on a serious Argento binge.

Agree. But most of the best westerns are Italian imo.

I agree. Sergio Leone's one of the best directors ever.

Every part of The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly is a masterpiece.
