this is decent but I'm probably not gonna call it a favorite. Too much cliche corniness and not enough gripping surreal horror. Good imagery in some sequences.

Definitely a bit dated these days, but pretty mind blowing over 25 years ago. Same goes for the flick Altered States with William Hurt. Worth checking out MB.

Pretty much my thoughts on the film. I did like it much more after a second viewing though.

Altered States is fantastic! Much prefer that one to Jacob's Ladder.
