I just watched Pineapple Express and Saw 5...I love the Saw movies for some reason...PE was very funny I thought...now I am watching the British vesion of the Office(i know, not a movie) but I rented the whole set...I like it and it is not as much like the American version which I do like as I thought...but I tend to like British humour more than American humor.

Just watched Kika and deemed it enjoyable enough but perhaps dragged a little? Anyway, I'm a bit of a sucker for Almodovar's films so it was all good. I'm also intent upon watching Fellini's 8 1/2 later if I can manage it...

Talk To Her and All About My Mother are fantastic films from Almodovar. I really can't choose between the two.

Ohh I haven't seen 'Talk to Her', I'll have to check it out! Thanks for the recommendation jackhammer. And agreed that 'All About My Mother' is a brilliant film. Not sure about a favourite though, there are so many great films to choose from!

It was better then it was reviewed to be. I liked it a lot more then the last three Saw movies.

Solid movie with a great performance by Langella. I don't think it really deserved the best picture nomination, but it was still a good film.

This is one of the best films I've seen this year. It's right up there with Slumdog, and I don't understand why it didn't atleast get the nomination from the Academy. And it is absolutely unbelievable as to how Di Caprio didn't get a nod for this performance, which was the best I've seen this year (I still haven't see Sean Penn yet though). It doesn't make any sense how they can give Brad Pitt the nomination for a completely flat performance and not even acknowledge Leo. I could go on and on about how much this upsets me....
