I went to see Terminator Salvation last night and was pleasantly surprised it wasn't half as bad as I expected it to be. That said I still think McG is the wrong director for Terminator and they should have gotten Alfonso Cuaron to make it.

A very very interesting movie. By turns repulsive yet there is a stark intelligence running through the film. It was a metaphor for the way lives were being dominated by junk-whether that was food or culture. The ending is a bravura piece of film making. MOST people hate it but Pasolini was a passionate director and if you get past the degredation then it's an intelligent if flawed experience.
