Henry: Portrait of a Serial Killer from 1986 is also disturbing in a way it so coldly presents a daily life of a serial killer.
Disturbing, sure, but stangely hilarious too, in a kind of 'this is disgusting - how am I finding this funny?!' way.

Henry was a great film as well, and I'll tell you what I enjoyed in a similar vein and that was Monster or whatever it was called - that one about probably the most infamous female serial killer of the last century. Haven't seen either in years though.

Hmm, strangely enough, I can't remember it being hilarious, but I watched it a long time ago when I was very young. Maybe I would've found a humor in it if I watched it now.

As for Monster, you mean the one with Charlies Theron? For some reason, I didn't particularly like that film and I don't really know why. I just wasn't engaged enough. Maybe I should give it another chance.

Up
I hated the last 3 Pixar films. But this was fantastic.

The Fantastic Mr Fox
Liked it a lot, it looked brilliant and held together fairly well, even if it was over-Americanised.

Grosse Pointe Blanke
Terrific film, fantastically entertaining nonsense.

What do you mean by that? Sorry if that sounds ignorant! I thought it was a pretty good film. Does anyone know if this was Wes Anderson's first animated feature?

I think it is his first. It is quite nice. I have a soft spot for stop motion animation.

Boondock Saints 2

Never saw the first one but I really dug this movie. I have no idea why it was so universally panned by critics, I really enjoyed it.

First time you've seen Die Hard? Or are you just revisiting an old classic?
