3/5 is about right, the length let it down a little bit. Solid acting, Brad Pitt is brilliant in it. Not one I'd watch again.

My friend's dad was an extra in that movie. I've still never seen it though

. It just doesn't look like something I'd enjoy.

I liked it a lot, Casey Affleck came outta nowhere and surprised me. Dude has acting chops.

It's true that actors play football about as well as footballers act, so bearing that in mind, this film has far and away the best-choreographed football match at the end of it that I've seen in any movie. Besides that, it's a bit average - full of all the old sports drama cliches, not a particularly good script etc.

The acting was decent, but the temp of it was a little off. I hope to see Casey Affleck in bigger roles, more acclaimed roles. I think he could do it, he has potential.

Christopher Nolan really is the master, this non-linear plot has you in knots, so many twists and turns. But in the end, all the pieces fit together in your mind and you draw up the conclusion, really clever film making. Other film makers leave the ending open to interpretation, to create a sense of mystery. I like how Nolan pieces everything together and displays each piece to the audience. Saying that, it's a film I probably wouldn't watch again, once you know the twists there's not much point revisiting it. Solid film, but not brilliant.

yea i thought this was really mediocre too. 2/5 i would say.
