^I haven't seen that one. I just read the synopsis and yeah I can see how it could be easily fucked up.

I just watched this movie with my GF and I thought it was brilliant, one of the most satisfying movie experiences I've had in quite a while. I'm gonna have to check out The Town now for sure.

Really? Although well shot and acted, I thought this was barely a step away from an average T.V special and twist aside, quite forgettable.

Black Swan.

Absolutely awesome, the cinematography was beautiful and Natalie Portman's performance was mindblowing ('spesh the scene with Mila.. daaaaaamn). That's all that needs to be said.

The Kids Are Alright



This was a pretty good film. I went into thinking it was drama heavy but it was light hearted with some humor here and there sprinkled throughout. I feel like the last line of the movie before the credits wraps it up very well.

"I don't think you guys should break up." "Why is that Laser?" "Well you two are too old" the two mothers proceed to hold hands and the credits role."

Yeah, I really enjoyed that one too. I haven't seen it for quite a while myself though, so may have to get round to it again.

I have a feeling that it's gonna be like the Sixth Sense or Usual Suspects, ie one of those where knowing the twist at the end makes repeated viewings a wee bit laboured...
