^ I always hated him. Specially in Marie Antoinette, and his stupid long hair.
But in this series, it doesn't really look awkward... and all the characters seem genuine (though they're all known for very opposite roles).

I'd recommend it, though I know it's going to be cancelled, cause it's too witty for the American audience.

So you're just replying to tell me that you haven't watched it, and that you never will.
The series is a bit à la I heart Huckabees, and I did say I used to hate Schwartzman, but looks good in this one.
As for "genuine", it means that it doesn't feel like he's acting, it seems like his personality is actually like this.
