I miss that show, Life. It ended too soon, along with so many other shows I loved, such as Into the badlands, Terminator - Sarah Connor chronicles.

I miss the he'll out of the Sarah Connor Chronicles. Could have gone on for years but one more season could have been immense.

****ers cut it just as it was getting really interesting. Literally at a cliffhanger. Bastards.

Primal

Oh boy. This show is two episodes into its second season now but I only recently discovered it for myself. Been a LONG time since I binged watched a show like I just did.

This is UNREAL.

Might be the best cartoon I've seen since Adventure Time. Its brutal. It's heartwarming. It's got 0% dialogue besides grunts and shrieks yet in conveys some of the best storylines I've seen in animation.

It's a treasure.

The Sandman (Netflix)

Well this came out of nowhere. Just 2 episodes in, very engaging. I didn't read the comic because the art didn't seem very inviting.

Alright the last couple times I've been tanked I've also been obsessed with watching the first Highlander movie, which reignited the minor Highlander obsession I had in the 90s and now I'm trying to get back into the TV series.

Honestly, after the first epsiode, some of my fears of the abject corniness I knew would happen have been exacerbated cause god damn was that first villain the cheesiest thing ever, but even though the acting can be soapy as **** when the emotions get high the actual dramatic writing and character development shows some legit promise and care.

I'm cautiously optimistic that this goofy show can be a diamond in the 90s rough and make me absolutely stoked for the announced Highlander reboot that may or may not ever materialize.
