Cabin in the Woods is more clever on a more grand plot level, but T&DVE is just consistently hysterical.

great war here.....both of these films take an over used horror cliche and completely turn it upside down in a very clever way
i love Tucker and Dale vs Evil but Cabin in the Woods was stunning and absolutely genius...it also has one of my all time favorite scenes from a horror film in it Spoiler for Perfection:

Okay fine you guys win.
A reflexive film battle of a different colour Adaptation versus The Player If you haven't seen either one of these films, they are HIGHLY recommended.
