Default MB's Video Game Classics: Starcraft

I love the Starcraft games, and I think the first one will always have a special place in people's hearts, even though the 2nd game is far superior. I'd say a solid 4/5 for this one.

I know I've personally spent hours with friends on this one in multiplayer. Not sure which I find more fun tho, Warcraft or Starcraft.

I ****ing suck ass at StarCraft (the "C" should be capitalized, bro) but I still try not to and the pro scene (RIP) was some of the most entertaining **** ever (long live Jaedong!). Plenty of games have high talent ceilings but nothing like the finger ****ing, multi-tasking horror show of StarCraft. Just the thought of being able to do that **** correctly gives me half a woody.

Yeah I know the spelling is off but I'm lazy. I agree tho. Some of the most fun is setting up your base quickly and hopefully getting the upper hand on your opponents. The competitive scene for this game is insane. I don't know if I'll ever be able to be as good as the guys that play this in competitions.

A while back me and Elph played a few games against the computer and our combined might was regularly crushed. Even skirmishes do not **** about.

I just can't deal with RTS games. There's no genre I'm worse at.
Turn based combat is my one true love.

Same. But they're just so ****ing cool. It's probably the closest you could ever feel to being God without being a serial killer.

BTW Qwerty voted 1/5 because he knows he can't play StarCraft so he settles for LoL. He's admitted as much.

Not surprising that the two LoL players voted 1/5. Even though Starcraft came before it and basically was a part of the birth of that genre as a whole. But y'know, whatev.

The two sides can never be friends. StarCraft players think LoL is stupid and LoL players known it's stupid.
