Default Music video with singer sitting in a rocket in space

Hello everyone...

been trying to find this music video for years now

think it was in the 90's?

Basically this guy is sitting inside this ridiculous tiny rocket going through space, driving it like a car, shouting crazy stuff like 'I'm the king of the universe' etc.

think it was basically electronic music

ring any bells anyone?

Rocket: check!
Ridiculous: check!

But it's not it sadly.... This is a human being, the singer himself, sitting in a ridiculously small rocket, like a go-kart, driving it through space, shouting how amazing he is... It was... unusual lol

Now the animation of this video is not too dissimilar to the style of the video I'm talking about. But in the video, the guy is sitting in a horizontal rocket, and driving it like a car. It's super ridiculous. That's why it stuck with me.

Ah yeah it's not that.

Thought it might be an Aphex Twin track but nothing fits the description.

It's bugging me so much!
