Well, I thought it was great! I bought the whole album on I Tunes and I haven't done that in a long time.

Does anyone else really dislike the song "Month of May"? I think it's by far the worst track on the album. I was surprised to see it become a single.

Edit: Maybe surprised isn't the right word. More disappointed. I understand having a more upbeat song would be more appealing to the masses.

Yeah I have never really cared for it. Arcade Fire shouldn't really try any punk-esque or atleast not similar to that song.

It's ok. Certainly not my most favorite on the album. I agree though. It's surprising that they made it a single.

It's one of my favourite tracks on the album.

Yeah that seems to be the general perception. I'd go:

Standouts - The Suburbs, Suburban War, Rococo, Sprawl II

Next Best - Modern Man, Half Light I, Ready to Start

3. Wasted Hours, We Used to Wait, Deep Blue, Empty Room

4. Half Light II, Sprawl I, City With No Children, Month of May

It isn't proof of anything. All album review threads turn into fan threads on music websites. Those who don't like something have little to say about it normally or just don't think it is worth their time commenting on what tends to be fans reinforcing each others opinions.

I thought this album was great.

5 stars. Better than King Of Limbs too.

I'm voting good. There are some standout tracks on the album, some of their best work in my opinion. However I have trouble listening to it from start to finish. 16 Tracks is to much for me, they could have shortened it down to 12.
