Michael Stipes version of U2's "One" is excellent. Have a listen, even if you don't like U2, because Michael spins the song in a totally different direction.



Also, Johnny Cash and Joe Strummer's version of Redemption song is delicious.

I really like Easy Star All Stars covers of Brain Damage and Money by Pink Floyd, and I love Sonic Youths cover of Superstar, it's creamy
