I simply see that as post-modern rapping. Clearly an artist who is above and beyond the typical methods used by his contemporaries, expanding and improving upon their formula in ways they hadn't dared to comprehend. Bravo, and truly an awesome rap verse to rival those of even the greatest of the hip-hop greats.

I don't see why people don't like this song. It almost perfectly expresses the feelings I've been trying to get out. It's like the song is about me. Finally, music that means something!

I hear it's a concept album, and this song was merely just the most radio-friendly. I think we'll understand the over-arching theme once we hear it sandwiched between "Therzdai" and "Saterdai".

That guy should imitate Lou Reed. Sounds more like Reed anyway.

Who was the rapper? I didnt recognise him, but his fake smile near the end of the video when he is driving the car is just too cringe :/

One of the few tuneless, gimmicky, outright terrible pop songs that I can really dig into. Most of those songs are like a hot tub for me; tough to get in at first, but once you're in you'll never leave. I legitimately listened to it for an hour straight the other day. A gigantic waste of time, something I could've used to listen to much of the good music I have waiting for me, but you know.
