My favourite songs seem to be the ones where Dave's voice is mixed louder than the other instruments. I feel you, Walking in my shoes, It's no good are good examples.

Something about the production on Ultra doesn't do it for me, they try too hard to emulate NIN sound-wise imo. I like the two tracks where Martin sings, Home and The Bottom Line. Which might have something to do with who I think is DM's best vocalist lol

Songs of Faith and Devotion has plenty of great stuff, none better than Walking In My Shoes, which Dave sings brilliantly btw. Great video too

This is one of my favorite things to do with DM

That's a good song.

I saw them on the Exciter tour. I couldn't believe the crowd we had. In an arena that seats 19000 people, there were 6,000. I didn't care much, as I was on the floor. The band put on a good show. It's another reason why my city is dubbed the city that fun forgot.

It's not the DM video, it's Beavis and Butthead watching the DM video

Yeah to listen to some visitors from the nation's capital, it's the most square and boring place on earth. The spider's ****ing cool though

Maybe so but there’s a smooth ‘just the thing for driving the car’ feeling about that little number. The lesson is maybe the male sex is led astray by their reproductive organs? Profound stuff.

If that's all you see in Master and Servant then you need to brush up on your Kojève

Stripped and Question of lust are two excellent tunes. DM classics, even.

Martin Gore invented the zoomer perm in 1981, truly ahead of his time.
