theres a song i cant figure out hearing it on radio off an on z103.5 i think its from the 2000's

So, you have no idea what genre of music it is.
You have no idea if it’s a male or female singer.
You don’t know if it’s a soloist or a group.
You have no idea what the instrumentation is.
You barely know the lyrics and you think that
it’s from some period that spans 10 years.

Female singer
Just a women singing with dance music in background
Verse she starts off slow
That was the chorus I listed (I don't know the verse lyrics)
It was a top 40 hit at one point on any dance radio station back then. Not a chart buster or one as popular as the classic spin me right round like the guy above mentioned. Not that well known
Girls voice sounds soft like Kylie Minogue but it's not her song but probably an artist similar to her
