Gainesville has the best pop punk. Radon, a huge influence on Dillinger Four (!!!) are great. Sloppy, jangly, noisy guitars. Half-assed, dumbass, whimsical vocals. Silly songs about silly things. They're great. Fans of 90s pop punk need this **** in their library.

I'm moving to Gainesville once I get a job there, can't wait for the Fest!

I remember going up there years ago for a friend's birthday, somehow we ran into Less Than Jake and wound up getting wasted with them. Never been a fan of their music but they were still a lot of fun, by the end of the night the bassist and I had switched clothes and were in a Taco Bell at 2 AM ordering food for everyone - me in a sweaty shirt and huge shorts, him in a black tank top and red skirt. Lulz were had.

On topic, this is fun stuff. Will have to check out more.
