That's just straight punk stuff though. There are a few post punk, post hardcore, folk punk, jazz punk/whatever records that would probably be up there.
Propagandhi is the bee's knees. One of the coolest transitions I've ever seen a band make. Personally I think Potemkin City Limits is their best effort and one of the best post-hardcore/crossover thrash albums of all time.

Death was the first true punk rock band, and wether they were well-known or not their influence rippled through the underground to create the first wave sound.

Ramones always seemed really arrogant and image-obsessed to me as well. If there's one thing I truly hate about punk it's the fashion stereotypes.
