Punk song with a woman being raped, does anyone know it?

Sorry for the long delay--truly busy
Listened to 'Diane' by Husker Du and its cover by Colt 45 and Dead Wrestlers and Therapy?
Though rape is mentioned there is no sounds of a woman being raped (The Selecter 'the bolier' did have)
"22 going on 23" sounds interesting but could not be it based on the description. The Exploited, 'Rapist' also not it. As to GG Allin, which song?
Anyhow, thanks guys. :-) I guess I'll have to keep looking somewhere.

I think the original The Boiler was by The Specials with Rhoda singing. Very haunting.

After all these years I am still looking for this song. I was in my car when I heard this song. I can still remember exactly where I was, on which side of the road etc I am beginning to wonder if this if the Black Flag song was actually it. There were sounds all around me and I was being distracted so time and memory may have played some tricks here. Nevertheless, something in me still thinks it's out there and it is not black Flag.
