Eminem couldn't hold Big-L's sac. Nothing against Eminem though, he catches alot of un-due sh*t. He is substantially more talented than 90% of rappers in todays music scene. His music actually has content, rather than a catchy tag line or a cool superman dance. I can't wait for his new album King Mathers to get released later this year.

But he's no Big-L.

I think Jay-Z is garbage, he steals lyrics from everyone, half his hit songs involved lyrics Biggie spit first. Including recently in "let it breathe'' or whatever it is he starts the song with a word for word theft off eminem..."what do I think of success, it sucks to much stress etc...." Nas is way better then Jay-Z and I think if I were asked this question 10 years ago I would have said Nas, hands down. The best true rapper alive is Papoose. Lyrically noone alive can touch him, and I think noone alive wants to attempt, except uncle murda who got chased like 10 blocks by Pap's crew. So I guess he didn't really want it either.

The fact the no one has mentioned CANIBUS, lyrically, makes me doubt how knowledgeable some may even be on this subject. Pick your favorite lyric from your favorite rapper, I guarantee Canibus has more quotables.

You would only feel that way in two scenarios:

1. Your brain is not advanced enough to comprehend the complexity of his rhyme scheme and verbiage.

2. You haven't heard his song entitled: Poet Laureate 2.

^^^ Which is considered by most as one of hip hops greatest songs, lyrically.

Yah, what about it? It's basically a bunch of big words that don't flow well together, and follow a slightly incoherent storyline. Certainly nothing special about the wordplay.

jay-z does use alot of big quotes but it not like he spits a whole big verse i cant think of rapper who hasnt used quotes
