Eminem hands down just because he is the craziest rapper that has ever been out black or white. He has released some of the most controversial albums in the whole industry and he is lyrically one of the most artists still around today!

I'm gonna go with the funcrusher himself, El-P. Great flow and a pretty out there vocabulary. Not to mention how he can carry a whole song with very simple beats.
