Thats kind of racist, tons of black rappers have turned it into pop, they're just as guilty for it as eminem. At least eminem has released some quality material. Unlike 50 cent.

EDIT: and to be honest i think eminem kind of was fueled by the controversy he got, and he doesn't get that attention anymore, therefore i doubt any of his future albums will be as good as the first ones and eminem loves his daughter and hes scared of becoming a father thats never there i wouldn't be shocked if that play a larger factor in his retirement.

How does that totally prove your point?

Just Lose It is a cheesy, stupid pop song-that appearing on Curtain Calls proves my point that Curtain Calls is not a best of, more a Pop album. And I wasn't trying to be racist when I was talking about Em. I was saying that it really bugs me that when he appeared on the scene people stood up and took notice of him. It was like 'Wow, that white guy can really rap'. But now he has gone into that stereotypical 'white Pop rapper' label that he told us all he wouldn't enter. I feel annoyed that the man who was once one of my idols has turned into the Vanilla Ice of his generation, and is partly the reason why rap has gone down hill recently. Even though Rap might be the most profitable style of music nowadays, it certainly isn't the best. And as for someones comments that Black people have made Poppy Rap music aswell, well I think that is true also. But the difference is they make suitable Pop songs, one that still retain that gritty, urban feel. Such as 50 Cent's Just a lil' bit. That was a huge Rap/Pop song, but it wasn't cheesy and didn't make fiddy look cheesy or stupid. Just Lose It, on the other hand, was a Pop song that did the opposite for Eminem. It sold to the little teens girls with no sense of taste. Also, while still on my rant, I would also like to point out that Eminem is rascist. He raps about 'black n*gga hoes' in one of his songs. When an interviewer asked him about this his comeback was truly worrying. What he said was along the lines of 'If the black guy can rap about black girls then why can't I?' I read the lyrics to this song and it makes out that only black women are hoes. To me, Eminem shouldn't get away with that and is putting himself in an even more uncomfortable position with the Black community.

kinda going overboard by saying hes partly the reason why rap has gone down hill recently. & ya kinda late on the "eminem racist thing". He was kinda, if that makes sense, but took it all back. there was a song, but i forgot what its called.

I don't think I am going overboard. Rap was created for people to speak their mind, not for someone to dress up as Michael Jackson and talk about how they raped their mom. It's supposed to be something we can relate to, and I don't think anyone (apart from the sick few out there) can relate to that. And also OF COURSE he's going to take it back when he was rascist. He's not going to sit there, hold up his hands and say "Oh yeah, I'm rascist." Is he. If I killed someone close to you then apologised would you still be mad? Of course you would. No-one as popular as Em is going to admit being rascist-that's career suicide.
