And J. Cole... Yeah, I know. I want to see what he's going to do, too (I mean, Jay-Z usually supports good artists), but I'm not expecting much. He just comes off as a normal mixtape rapper to me. Maybe one who's got a tad more charisma than your average boring underground rapper, but he's just never seemed creative enough to hold my attention. He's definitely not the rapper who's going to "save hip hop." Not that hip hop needs to be saved, anyway.

anyone else looking out for Teflon Don? I mean Ross has done nothing in the past to excite me for this album but I hes not missing right now. Everything that has leaked has been nice. Bosss Maybach Music

I'm saying that Hip-Hop as a whole doesn't need to be saved (because it's doing fine).
Mainstream Hip-Hop could use some work, for the most part (but not all).
