Yeah, I've neglected Nujabes myself for quite some time. I should come back around to trying him out.

All the 3 are equally my favourites, but I like so many hip hop albums that its difficult to decide on a single favourite album. Thats why I have more than one favourite hip hop album. The Ice cube albums arent my only favourite hip hop albums though. I could also say The Chronic by Dr Dre is a favourite too, but like I said its difficult for me to decide.

Depends on if you are talking about rap or hip-hop instrumentals.

Instrumentals

J-Dilla - Donuts
Thes One - Live at the Roots Showdown
Presto - Inflight Instrumentals
Gramatik - Street Bangerz
Damu the Fudgemunk - How It Should Sound
Peanut Butter Wolf - Breakbeats

it is really hard to decide which one is best

Rap

Little Brother - Chittlin Circuit 1.5
De la Soul - Three Feet High and Rising
People under the stairs - OST
Jazz Liberatorz - Clin D'Oeil
Fugees - The Score
Aesop Rock - None Shall Pass
Living Legends - Almost Famous

really hard to decide.

I never knew that instrumental hip hop exists. Sounds boring though. I mean, correct me if Im wrong but I thought rapping is what defines the hip hop genre.

Nah, it's not the only thing that defines hip hop. And instrumental hip hop can be great. Here are a couple examples:

Definitely not my style. I listen to hip hop mainly because of the rapping. If I wanted to listen to instrumental music I'd go with psytrance, which is a mostly instrumental genre. If you've heard Infected Mushroom before, you'd know what Im talking about.
