It has been really warm here in Finland for a week now and I've been listening to alot of Raappana and chilling.
Raappana is a finnis reggae artist.

One dub song I'm really digging right now is "African Cherry" by Sideshow. Sideshow is a side project of Fink who, before becoming a singer-songwriter type act, was big into the electronic/dub thing. Anyway, I can't find a youtube vid or anything, only this 60 second clip of the song. Really it doesn't do it justice, but you get some idea:
