-Children of Bodom
-Tool
-Fear Factory
-Pantera
-Slayer
-Guns N Roses (hard rock, whatever.... can't deny the power of Use your Illusion 1 & 2)
-Hatebreed
-Cradle of Filth (Up to, and including, Cruelty and the Beast... as well as parts of Midian)
-White Zombie (not Rob Zombie)
-Dethklok

I'm not sure how serious I am about that.

pantera, black label society, machine Head, strapping young lad, cradle of filth, korn i don't know any others so this is it (no particular order).

Im a fan of mainly trash and power metal, so in my opinion Metallica, Stratovarious, and bands like anthrax are me favorites. A really good one is exodus. And Megadeth deserves some mentioning. I would also put in Iron Maiden and Judas Priest!
