I've got an album, i don't particularly like it nor hate it, it's odd.
What do you think of Napalm Death Lucifer?

Probably not the correct answer but it is heavy.

If you're posting in the music forums make sure to be thoughtful and expressive, if you're posting in the lounge ask yourself "is this something that adds to the conversation?" It's important to remember that a lot of people use each thread. You're probably not as funny or clever as you think, I know I'm not.

You people need to listen to some John Zorn music... specifically from the album NAKED CITY. There are songs on that album that are only 10-15 seconds, but some of the most intense music you will ever hear. Complete with the vocal ravings of Yamatsuka Eye (geez, I hope I spelled that right...), I can only describe the music as "organized chaos". Tight, tight, tight.

And yes, you will probably find it in the JAZZ section. Go figure.

That's a great album, especially those little songs you're talking about. Have you ever heard the first Fantomas album? It's always reminded me of those Naked City tracks.

I'd have to say some of the heaviest stuff I've heard has been from Deicide and The Berzerker. The Berzerker ain't great, but they're still damn heavy. As for songs, pretty much all songs from the two bands are extremely heavy and sound-barrier-shattering.
