Rock n Roll Star is classic. And even though the Importance of Being Idle was never one of my favorites I've always liked those goofy lyrics - "It ain't no place to be killing time, I guess I'm just LAAAAAZZYYYY!"

I just heard T-Rex - Get It On, and that guitar riff seems very familiar. Not only from Cigarettes and Alcohol, but also from Some Might Say, Teenagers (by My Chemical Romance) and a LOT of other rock songs.

I also think that a lot of the 90s rock music was influenced by T-Rex (Marc Bolan) guitar dynamics and style as well. Especially 20th Century Boy.

I was born in 1991. I still listen to 90's music. The 90's alternative rock and Grunge have some of the best songs ever.

Shout out to The Verve - I listened to my Urban Hymns cd earlier today and had forgotten how much I used to like that band, in particular that album. Definitely a great 90s one to play every once in a while. Tracks like Velvet Morning and Lucky Man don't get old.
