Are you really looking to discuss this list as if it means anything at all? Rolling Stone have been and will probably continue to put out top 100 lists that are so generic and easy to predict, that you could take this list, and it'd be pretty much exactly like the next top 100 list they're going to release.

Pink Floyd, The Ramones, The Sex Pistols.

Really?

No mention of Frank Zappa who has over 50 albums under his belt like, Zoot Allures, Joe's Garage and Overnight Sensation.
Only 48 more albums to choose from by Zappa alone.

Not if you stick them all in a room and they listen to thousands of albums through the last 70 years and then vote on which albums is the top 100
