I took your Crust Punk list, and put the entire thing in Hardcore Punk. I told everyone what I did, but it seemed no one cared enough to say anything. Glad you caught me though. I can do the list, if no one else wants to, but the quality of the list may not be as good as it can be.

1. Discharge - Hear Nothing See Nothing Say Nothing (Hardcore/Crust)
2. Doom - Total Doom (Crust)
3. Amebix - Arise (Crust)
4. Anti Cimex - Scandinavian Jawbreaker (Crust)
5. Dystopia - The Aftermath (Don't ****ing know)
6. Skitsystem - Stigmata (Crust)
7. Wolfpack - A New Dawn Fades (Crust)
8. Mammoth Grinder - Extinction of Humanity (Don't ****ing know)
9. Extreme Noise Terror - A Holocaust In Your Head (Grindcore)
10. Aus-Rotten - The System Works for Them (Crust)
These are all crust bands, here is a knew list. Punk doesn't really work for albums because most of the good stuff was released on short ep's do to their limited budgets, but I shall try.

Hardcore Punk

1. Dead Kennedys - Fresh Fruit for Rotting Vegtables (The Give me convenience comp has all their good ep stuff on it)
2. Black Flag - Damaged (or you could go with My War)
3. Circle Jerks - Group Sex (I prefer Wonderful)
4. Suicidal Tendencies - ST (I prefer Lights, Camera but its crossover thrash)
5. Bad Brains -ST (I kind of like I against I)
6. Discharge - Hear Nothing Sea Nothing
7. G.B.H. - City Baby Attacked by Rats (I kind of like City babies revenge)
8. The Exploited - Troops of Tomorrow (I like the Jesus is Dead ep)
9. D.O.A. - Hardcore 81 (I like the War on 45 ep)
10. Misfits - Walk Among Us

You could also sub in Minor Threat, the first or second Fear album, or Agnostic Front, cheers.

Hmm. Lots of your list are already there. I'm gonna swap a couple of the punk rock list out. Green Day's going on the Punk Rock list; I don't know why they weren't there already. Put Buzzcocks on the Punk list as well.

Alright, other than that, I changed some things around, and everything should be okay now. I think we're finally done with punk.

Experimental rock
1. Radiohead - Kid A
2. This Heat - This Heat
3. Mr. Bungle - California
4. Sonic Youth - Daydream Nation
5. Butthole Surfers - Locust Abortion Technician
6. Frank Zappa - Freak Out!
7. Captain Beefheart and His Magic Band - Trout Mask Replica
8. The Red Krayola - Parable of Arable Land
9. Tom Waits - Rain Dogs
10. Swans - Soundtracks for the Blind

Kid A is **** but I guess we can keep it because it's so overrated. We also have to take The Idiot off of the post punk list since it's not post punk. We could replace it with Pere Ubu's Dub Housing.

Have you ever listened to The Idiot? It's definitely post-punk. Maybe a little on the Krautrock side, but it's post-punk enough. Plus, if there's something you want on the post-punk list, we could put Remain In Light on worldbeat (which I plan on doing anyways).

Thanks for the list though. We already have Rain Dogs on blues rock, so I replaced it with Swordfishtrombones.

What is it then?

Also, I finished up folk rock, and I'm working on post-grunge. Please don't take the post-grunge list too seriously. It's obviously going to have some very bad albums, so let's just have some fun with it.

Art rock I guess. It certainly has elements of post punk in it, but I wouldn't call that the main genre and I don't think that it was particularly influential on the genre tbh.

Like many post-punk albums, it was not influential on the genre itself, but instead on bands that would release albums in the 80s onwards. it definitely belongs on some list, and since we don't have Art Rock list, those albums go on the next genre that fits. If you so desperately want Pere Ubu on the list, I'll put them where Remain In Light is once I get around to the worldbeat list.

Why don't we have an art rock list? There're a lot mb darlings that could be on there.
