Timeghoul were pretty much the best demo band. It's unfortunate but at the same time kinda badass how they released so little.

Abhoth were kinda wacky but not on any level near Timeghoul. They only released some demos around the same time as them too, which are not bad https://darkdescentrecords.bandcamp....ide-plus-demos

Of course this is important and sick and not mentioned.



I'll always talk about this one and how it was extra savage and brutal and sounded like the contents of a tin can but shreddy



Peste Noire were always weird but they still put out some grim music here. It's ridiculous and unhinged and there's just something about it



At the Gates were just sick
