There's post-hardcore bands who don't scream a lot. Look at Hopesfall. They used to scream, but don't really anymore. They still qualify as post hardcore though.

They changed definitely. SSTB showed quite a bit of post hardcore elements, but the last two haven't at all. I still think SSTB and GAIBS4 are both tied for best.

It's sort of like a bridge from In Keeping Secrets to Good...

For some reason I used to not like In Keeping Secrets that much, but a month ago when I was listening to it I sort of clicked with it, and now I think it's a lot better, but it's still their weakest...

Well, that's your opinion, but I do think it is a classic album. A lot of the reasons are in the review so either look at the review again, or try to prove me wrong.
