Meh, I have a few favorites in the post-rock area, but GY!BE aren't one of them. I like them, but I wouldn't put them over every other band in the genre. Maybe my tastes weren't as good as I thought...

I've been getting into David Grubbs' stuff lately. He was a big part of the post-rock movement in the 90's but, he doesn't seem to get the credit he deserves.

What about Slint guys? "Spiderland" is one of the best post-rock albums in my opinion, the only fault on that album is Washer, god I despise that song.
