Yeah protein is important, but don't overdo it....
Yeah protein is important, but don't overdo it. It won't screw up your body if you do, but I think it's overstated quite a bit. If you take in too much, the excess could end up in your fat stores....

Very good tip! I was stuck with the 30lb....
Very good tip! I was stuck with the 30lb. dumbbell I had, but now have moved onto 40lb. ones. Then I do like.. 5 reps with the 45lb. ones and then I am done. It's so cool to even have access to this...
