Andrew W.K.'s music can be pretty lame at times and not overly original but he does have some fun material and seems like a pretty decent guy. From what I've seen he's really into crowd participation...

What was already suggested isn't a bad place to start I suppose with Patton. If you find yourself liking that I'd definitely try Disco Volante by Mr. Bungle and Suspended Animation by Fantômas.
