Thanks, and yes the futon is the best purchase I've made in awhile. The back and the arms fold down to make a double bed too incase friends visit which is nice. My brother bought the same one last...

sk, your place is pretty badass. Just seems really neatly organized and just an awesome place to live minus those steep stairs, but I'm pretty sure I could put up with them to have a crib like yours....
