I like a couple of KISS songs, i don't hate them, but i honestly don't think they are that good at all, and the reason people here bash them so much is because of the ridiculous amount of media hype...

And even if they were basic, it was still far from accessible at the time, the weird lyrics, Reeds spoken word style and the sea of unbearable feedback.

I don't think any of the musicians were bad, they at least tried a different approach, and they made up for what they lacked in skill with creativity... Plus Sterling Morrison and Lou Reed had great...

Theres more to their music than just Andy Worhol.... For a band that was "all about image" their record sales were extremely poor, and most of the people who actually did listen to VU&N ended up...
