I've got a ping of 23ms, a DL speed of 2.79mbps per second, an upload of .47mbps, and no idea what any of that means. No conflicts. Windows 7 64bit OS.

So I'm having a lot of trouble streaming videos lately. It used to just be Amazon so I figured it must be something to do with them but nope, now it's any streaming anywhere. Hulu doesn't work....
