Pop doesn't automatically exclude quality, so I'll be sure to give 'em a spin.

I've simply never been able to get into The Pixies. I can't quite put my finger on what it is that turns me off.

I'm familiar with Melt Banana and Branca and I can't say I dislike them. Renaldo & The Loaf sounds interesting so far: rather goofy, but without degrading their music by an excessive use of gimmicky...
