There's plenty of money if you take them from the defence budget and the 1%. That's why right wing policy (as it usually goes anyway) will always be indefensible.

You're technically not wrong, but life is hard and people make mistakes. Rationality is actually pretty weak in the face of temptation and emotion. I feel sorry for people who fall into hard drugs....
