Btw you should get a bigger avatar, that picture is really cool (as I saw the original one).
Also good work on it.

So the only one I hadn't heard was the How Low cover, it really shows up your voice. I wonder why you're not much of a fan, but usually people tend to be harder on themselves than on other. It is healthy, as it makes you far from being content with what you hear, and just pushes you to do better.

All I have to say is, good work, hope you the best now that the band seems official, and I wonder why I stole a knife from Denny's is not in there.

Thanks for the compliments on my voice, everyone seems to view that song as me "coming out of my shell" so to speak. Truth is, I was just trying to sing like a man. Oh well, I'll try to keep it up. :P

It did seem like that... your voice sounded suddenly "bassier" at moments, kinda took me by surprise, and I guess that is what I liked. Well you have enough time to experiment with it, go crazy lol

My newest musical adventure. Still needs some work but it's the first thing I've written in quite some time and I'm rather fond of the lyrics. If you recognize some of the material from the first few dreadful pages of this thread it's because I'm a big fan of recycling lyrics.

I like the simple truth of this line, wolf. It puts the job of learning how to enjoy life back onto the person who feels discontented by it.

Lovely stanza...my favorite in your song. "Treading Earth"...that's a beautiful metaphor for having the energy and drive to keep living and not give up.

I like the imagery in this stanza a lot because of your metaphor's physicality. I had never thought of treading Earth before. Now when I go outside in the morning and see the grass and soil, I'll be imagining swimming through it with my head thankfully still up in the air.
