How about song where the hare races the turtle, but doesn't stop for breaks so he wins easily. But in a victory celebration he get's drunk and passes out, then the turtle suffocates the hare with a pillow.

Wait is it in the perspective of the turtle, hare, or is it narrative? And is it gonna be a rock care-free song with meaningful lyrics? Or a ballad? Or...And is it past or present?

There's lots that has to be known about a song, lol.
