So what do you suggest I do to someone who wants to get started with him ? Recommend his entire Discography?

I think his 3 best albums are enough to get anyone started.

Hotter than July shall be my next. I think i have an old issue of Q (urgh) which reviewed all of his albums, i'll have to dig that out.
