Thought as much, but a lot of ppl have given it a good review on myprotein. I know a couple ITK gym lads, not clueless lads I'm talking meatheads, who recommend it but then know some others who say it's a placebo.

Tribulus Pro from Myprotein

Reading some of these reviews though:

This is more along the line of what I think is reasonable to expect, if anything at all. Might try it & report back.
First off realize those companies often pay people to leave bull**** good reviews on sites that sell the product, so dont take very much stock in the review unless it is from a trusted site.

Secondly no such thing as "toning" exists. Toning simply means losing bodyfat. Someone who is low BF looks toned...The use of toned is a marketing scam to try and sell products to certain people, mainly women.

Do squats and mountain climbers. Those should help.

Does anyone have any general advice for getting into shape and more specifically putting on upper body weight from home?

I'm tryna be less lazy, if I keep up my lifestyle the way it is now I'll end up getting fat sooner or later but for now I'm just really skinny. Always have been, 5'5 and 120. Only exercise I really get is skateboarding 20-30minutes a day, maybe 4 days a week and walking my dog about 1.5hours a day. I can't afford to go to a gym right now. I'm also a vegan but am aware of the many protein rich veggies and such.
