went to go hoop and the park was PACKED so i decided to run around the soccer field.

i got tired after 5 laps it wasnt as many steps in total as a hour of basketball but i think what im going to do this summer is hoop for an hour and then go run down there on the soccer field a few times

ran 4 laps around the soccer field, basically just wanted to get outside and sweat. my goal was to run 2 laps then hoop for 30 mins. than 2 run laps after but once i got to the hooping court, the rush of "**** this ****" came over me and i just went and ran another 2 laps and finish

You should try running on a trail. I highly recommend it, especially if you have hills around.

i do want to start running in areas other than the soccer field or the school track but the roads out here have no sidewalks and its basically putting your life in other peoples hands when they drive fast or slow past you on the road

probably just going to do the soccer field thing for a while :/
